The Round Table Speaker Experience

This year at Dream Live, we are introducing something new. Roundtables.

This is the first time we are opening this format, and it is one of the most intentional ways to be featured inside the event.

Being a Roundtable Speaker at Dream Live means you are not just attending. You are positioned. You are leading. You are experienced in real time by the women in the room.

As a Roundtable Speaker, you will host a one-hour curated roundtable experience. During that hour, multiple groups of women will rotate through your table, giving you the opportunity to lead conversation, share your framework, teach your expertise, and guide women through a powerful discussion rooted in your work.

This is proximity.

Women sit with you because they want access to how you think, how you lead, and how you see their business. You are not competing for attention. You are the authority at your table.

Dream Live is designed for women who value experience over noise.

The roundtable format allows your work to be felt, not just heard.

What You Receive as a Round Table Speaker

You will host a one-hour featured round table session during Dream Live, leading multiple groups of women through a conversation, workshop, or Q&A based on your zone of genius. Each rotation allows you to work with new women while remaining the anchor and leader of the experience.

You will be teaching in front of more than 150 women who are running established businesses and investing in rooms that move them forward. These are women who understand proximity, value, and relationship-driven growth.

Your package includes two Gold tickets to Dream Live. These you can gift to a team member, client, or business partner. Your attendance is included as part of this sponsorship.

As a Roundtable Speaker, you are also an official paid sponsor of Dream Live. This gives your brand elevated positioning, credibility, and visibility inside our ecosystem.

You will be featured on the Dream Live website as a Round Table Speaker.

You will be announced on Instagram Stories to our engaged audience, and you will be included in event content and promotions leading up to June. This is a limited opportunity, with a small number of roundtable speakers selected.

You will also have the ability to style your own table experience. This is an extension of your brand and allows women to step directly into your world during the event.

Round Table Speakers can walk away with aligned connections, visibility, authority, and new client opportunities. This is a high-ROI opportunity for real business growth. You are in front of your ideal clients.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced leaders who are ready to own the room.

Round Table Speakers at Dream Live are women who have a clear area of mastery and can confidently teach it to established entrepreneurs. You know how to lead conversations that create clarity, shift perspective, and move people forward.

You have experience working with clients and building something real. You are not new to your industry, and you understand the return on investing in the right rooms.

This is a paid sponsorship opportunity, and we are selecting women who see the value in being positioned as a featured leader inside a growing global brand.

We are not looking for hobbyists.

The Round Table Speaker Package is $3,000 at pre-sale pricing.

This includes your featured one-hour roundtable experience, official sponsorship status, promotional visibility, two Gold tickets, and pre-event preparation.

This is a limited opportunity and not all applicants will be selected.

What is included in being a Round Table Speaker

Included in your Round Table is a 1 hour Round Table Session where you will be in a ballroom, located at your own table and attendees will be able to rotate around and see your table, promotion on the Instagram stories, website, an official announcement of you being a Round Table Speaker, two complimentary General Admission tickets to DREAM, and announced during our pre virtual event.

What is the Investment to be a Round Table Speaker?

The investment for early Bird pricing for Round Table Speakers is $3,000, this will go up. This is non- refundable.

What If I already purchased a ticket?

All Tickets are non-refundable. As a Round Table Speaker, you get two General Admission to give away to a team members, client, friend, etc. Email us at [email protected] with the two full names and emails of the two people receiving your General Admission tickets
